Site copy and brand assets belong to Custom AI Seed / Clutch Developer. Code and models from a sprint follow the engagement IP clauses.

Experiments & outcomes

Kill criteria, cost caps, and acceptance tests are defined per SOW. Marketing never forces you to keep watering a dead experiment.
